Hair Setting Lotion should be applied to wet hair before styling. Effective for keeping hair straight when blow waving. If applied to dry hair creates a straight messy effect that will last all day or night. Does not leave any build up and brushes out easily. Delivers a strong hold for hot rollers and blow wave sets. Also known as hair shine spray, fine mist hair spray and an old fashioned wave curler.
